Need help choosing PM solution

Client is a Notes/Domino shop. They want a PM app and are looking at MS Project 2003 Server, but notice that much of the P2003 functionality seems to be a duplictre for what they already own in Notes/Domino: DB server (SQL), email server, web server, blah, blah.

Can anyone recommend a decent PM app written for/to the Notres platform??

Wanting a PM app" is somewhat ambiguous. If they are looking for a project scheduler, tracker, resource allocation, balancing, and reporting tool, MS Project is probably one of the better ones. If they already have that capability in Notes/Domino, why invest in MS Project Server? It sounds as if they do not know what they want or more importantly, why they want it. As is so typical with many companies, they buy the solution before defining the problem. Ask them what problem they are trying to solve.
