Need help changing AST to yes for Digital sets for Genesys

Hi all:
We are moving towards using Genesys with Symposium/Meridian and I need to know how to acquire DN and how to change AST to yes for my current DNs.

I am starting this new position with very little Telcom experience so any help is extremely appreciated! Thanks.

Also, we use the Phonemaster software, so if there is an option in that software that changes the AST setting, I would love to know what it is.

Configuration of Digital sets in LD 11 (required for set to work with TServer): AST prompt must be set to indicate which keys on the set will be AST (maximum of 2 keys). Example: AST 00 07 (Key 00 and Key 07 will be AST Keys).
For the transfer feature of T-Server to work, a Transfer key must be programmed on each phone.
For the conference feature of T-Server to work, a Conference key must be programmed on each phone.
The following options DO NOT COPY from one set to another: AST, IAPG.
