I'm a beginner at SPEC company which is apartner of Aastra/Ericsson , i've learned how to program the PBX using bms ,
I need to know how the ACD is done from A to Z . I was working using asterisk server , so i can understand all feature but as you know it completelu diffrentiate to bp& bms so plrase help and thank for all

a good start would be when you create a ACD group in cmd 5407.
Then programm a ACD group key and ACD ready key on an agents phone
(I would use a 4222 or 4223).
Press the ACD group key and then the ACD ready key and the agent is logged in and should get calls which are routed this ACD group.

There are "some" more features concerning ACD but you can find much infos in the BMS help.
