NEED HELP ASAP, PDF FILES, SCROLLING TEXT BOX, and QUICKTIME

Greetings,

I need help ASAP, im trying to make a "link" in a flash movie so when you click it, it will open a PDF manual in an acrobat reader. Also i need a good web site that will teach me how to insert a scrolling text box, when i have infomation alread inserted and they scroll down to read it, like a license agreement in software. And last, dose anybody know a good tool to convert MPEG to Quicktime.

hey, i hope this helps. i have a cd burner and my software (nero) has a built in converter, that will convert anything to anything, that's the only thing i can think of.
