Need help asap -> mad.exe and dsamain.exe

Our exchange 5.5 server running with SP3 boots up and starts
using almost 100% of processor heuristics at once. This 100% is combined with the Mad.exe service that comsumes the rest of the heuristics (when it drops below the 100%).

I need a sollution fast because our mailserver is down completely now.

Is it a option to install sp4?? are there any known bugs in sp4?

SP4 is working fine. I've been running it on several server since the release. Install it...

I've installed sp4, rebooted and the heuristics dropped to a normal level. No problems what so ever.

Im running sp4 and still have dsamain.exe problems, dsamain.exe runs about 50% of my cpus all the time. Mad.exe doesnt give me any problems.
