Need help altering connector lines in Org Chart stencil

Hello all:

I'm desparately trying to change the way the connector lines look for the objects in the Organization Chart stencil. But I can't figure out what part of the ShapeSheet to edit.

I'd like to do two things.

1) add beginning and end arrows or a square to the line by adding a right click menu option

2) having a shape default to a line with arrows at the beginning and end

You could try the following:-
Open the Visio Prog.
Open a blank drawing
From the stencil drop down menu open the connector stencil found in Visio Extras
Click onto a connector
Open up the drawing explorer- left click on the shape top left hans corner
From the drop down menu- Right click on Shape & open the shapesheet
In the line format section select the Begin arrow End arrow - select 1 on the toolbar top of page and click the green tick
You may also select the size of the default arrow head in the next column
