Need help adding prefix

Ok I am new and still learning the meridain system.
Recently in our area the have add new cell phone prefixes to our area code. When attempting to dial out of the building we get a fast busy. Knowing that I need to add the prefix.

Can someone please tell me if I am in the right direction

I believe to add the prefix I need to be LD90, but I am not sure what to do after that.

before you add a new nxx, print one ld 90 prt to find out the rlb that your locals are using.. then do the new as posted

Sorry have not responded earlier been dealing with some Lotus issues the past few days.

Will try and print in ld 90 to find locals before I contine. Will let you know how it goes.

Thanks, it worked just as you have said. Sure wish that nortel would allow books on some of this stuff. Cisco does it, microsoft does it. They will have to learn one of these days.
