Need help Adding a Terminal in Aloha.

I am trying to add terminal in Aloha. I already had two Terminal before. I give name to new Terminal TERM3. I also add it to existing workgroup. However i can not map ALOHABOH BOOTDVR to this computer. Its give an error logon Failure. Please help.

Your windows login on the terminal does not match any accounts on the BOH. If you create a new account, you also need to add it to all the other floor terminals.

Could be the permissions for the BootDRV aren't set to give the terminal access.
Right click on the bootdrv, select Properties --> Sharing tab --> Advanced Sharing
Select the Share this folder checkbox
Make sure the Share name is BootDrv
Click the Permissions button. Add "Everyone" to the group or user names box. Under permissions select full control.
Under the Security folder make sure the Users (ALOHABOH\Users) has full control.

On the terminal check the default user account, you'll want the account information to be the same as your other terminal. You'll also want to double check that there is an account with the same name on the BOH. I don't know if the Username is case sensitive or not but I always make it exactly the same.

Ral won't help you with the setting up the user accounts. You'll need to reconfigure the terminal in Ral to match your new terminal. Some things to check in RAL would be Default user information, Starting IP, WorkGroup, and Aloha Path.

Issue when all said and done, Aloha licensed for 2 and not 3. Used ID/password on term did not match BOH. Password for account was unknown.
