Need Help accessing thru tcp/ip...ARGGG

I am overlooking something here. New to Summit and just had 3 24's & 1-48 dropped off with an order to use them.

Problem: I can access all the switches thru direct and thru telnet. But I cannot reach any of them thru web browser. Just comes up with blank screen.
I have unconfigured them (again). and then issued the command "ipconfig default add ipaddress 192.168.2.5 255.255.255.0" and saved. Reboot and still nothing.
This is all set up on LAN.

What am I missing here????

Enable Web was one of the first things I did, still no luck.
