Kindly give me some information. How can i start studying and what are contents of the basic certification ASAp.

Thankyou

There are plenty of *nix type certifications out there. If you are looking at Linux certification you can start with Comptia Linux+ or LPI certification (Linux+ will certify you in both). This will give you a foundation on Linux/Unix basics. If you want to stay in the Linux realm you can focus on RedHat or SuSE linux certs.
The important thing is practice. Get an inexpensive machine or setup a VM and install a linux distribution.
It's difficult to get certified in vendor specific Unix like AIX/HP-UX/Solaris without actually working with it (Solaris can be insstalled on a PC).
There are plenty of resources available just a google's search away
