ive been using clipper 5.2 since i begun to love this programming languages but one time my brother open and copy another version of clipper i do believe its also 5.2 but ive been encountering "Rules not Found" i tried copying another file from my source(my school where my first programming languages came) but to no avail i still could not make my clipper compile my program(source code) please be kind to help

The only compile error I found that mentioned rules was C3012 - Too Many Standard Rules. Norton Guide suggests the following fix -
Explanation: There are too many rules in the standard header file
(i.e., either STD.CH or the file specified with the /U compiler option).

Action: Take some of the standard rules and put them in another
header file. Then, #include this header file at the beginning of each
program file in your application.

If that did not help, how are you compiling your code? Are you using RMAKE with and RMK file or CLIPPER with a script file?
