We have Shoretel 14.2.
I need to find a speech to text solution for a hearing impaired person. We cannot use a cap phone because they use a 3rd party listening to the conversation and confidential information may be discussed over the phone.
Would it be possible to install speech to text software on thier computer and combine it with a shoretel soft phone?
If yes, how would i go about combining them?
Or is there another solution that may be possible?
