Need Guru Help: Unable to download MS Access database

I am trying to download an MS Access database. I am on a laptop at home (no network) and am connected to the internet via my cable company. I am just trying to open an attachment that is in my yahoo mail. I can open it at work. I can't open it directly nor by downloading it first.

I keep getting a message saying...

try this...
when you go back to work, enable off-line files, go to the local User/Group policy and navigate to
compu config
admin templates
network
off line files
files not cached
eanble it but leave the Extensions fiel blank. That allows you to synch your db to the offline files.
