Need Good CPU Memory Monitor

I need to monitor the CPU and memory usage on an NT 2-processor box. I need the information written to a file for future use.

Does anyone know of any good tools.

Use Perf Mon. It has loads of functionality. You just need to read up on it :). It can be setup as a service, write to log files etc
