I have recently upgraded from CallPath to Genesys Framework with Call Concentrator. Call Concentrator is already loaded on my server though it is not pointed to a database, what is involved in setting it up? The vendor wants about $5000 to do it and from what I can see that sounds pretty steep.
I've seen some pretty good posts about Call Concentrator so I'm hoping you guys/gals can steer me in the right direction.
