I am completely new to routines and modules in access. What I would like is maybe some direction. Possibly recomended sites or books. To help me get a better insight into this.

One book that gets heavily into modules (provided you already have a good understanding of access already) is the Access Developer's Handbook. Here are links to them (1 for A97, and one for A2K)

Access 97

Access 2000

I also have some sites that you can visit, many are general Access sites but there are plenty of things to help with your understanding.

AppleCore

DigiSpy's ArticleBase

Stephen Lebans' Access Hints, Tips and Source Code

Articles on a variety of common Access issues

The Access Web

The Fabalou Web

Universal Software Agency - Access Encyclopedia

Allen Browne's Access Tips-some good tips and code

A3

That's a lot of info sto sift through, but hopefully it will help. Good luck and come back to ask questions as you learn!

Thanks for the info, yes I do have a few years of developing with access. How I made it this far without using the code I'll never know. I just feel the need to develop my own skills more.

hey Shades..

get hold of an online learning program.. 'learning tree' maybe?.. you can read loads of books after you got the basics..
