Need FRU/Part Number

I need a token ring card, microchannel, for a 7011-250 running 4.3.3. In order to get a card, I need a FRU/Part Number but I don't have any around to look at. Could someone fire at me the output of the lscfg or their favorite controller info? I'd greatly appreciate it.

If you have spares, I need two cards with the RJ-45/DB-9 adapters.

Try 40H3088 - google has a few hits for those. The backlabel card type is "8-S".

I've got one, let me know if you're interested. I have no idea what the value is, nor do I know if it's a working card or not - it's been in storage for over 5 years (since before I was here).

Description: card is not full length, but has a length expander (blue) that makes it about a foot long. External connector bracket is obviously not PCI. This has an RJ-45 connector and a "16/4" green label along with the 8-S type label. There is a small yellow led and a small white led.

Edge connector is in 3 parts (I have no ruler), from the external plate: first edge starts about 2 inches in, and is about 2.5" long. second edge starts after a small notch, and is about .5" long. third edge starts after a small notch, and is about 1.5" long.
