Some of you will be aware of the fact that Pink Zeppelin got hit by a virus and we lost all of our HDD's last week.

While attempts are being made to recover the fried files I would really appreciate a massive favour to anyone who reads this and can help me get on with my work in the meantime. What I really need is any fla's I have produced for FAQ's to be e-mailed to me at davdesign@hotmail.com (not the address below, the server is dead at the moment), that is assuming some of you have them in a folder somewhere. This would really help me BIG-style with the projects I'm working on now, as the FAQ files were not part of the back-up package I operate (would also allow me to re-direct my FAQ's to my back-up freebie server).

Anyway, if any of you can help me I'd really appreciate it. Things are crazy on my side at the minute because of the situation we're in, so if I've said I'd fix something for you in the past couple of weeks, you now know why I haven't been in touch, and as soon as we're secure again the ball will start rolling for me in Tek-tips again.

well dave it just so happens that i have quite a few of them..some for me, some you posted for others..but i seem to collect them because of the fact that they will all be used somewhere, someday on something that i am doing..and this way i wouldn't have to make you work so hard..to many to e-mail so i posted them all on f2s..will leave them there for you for a couple days incase you don't get to them right away..just let me know when you have them all please so i can remove them..

whatever you have would be appreciated. My tek-tips 'library' was pretty huge, everything I made beyond March 1st has been lost because I haven't backed-up my tek-tips files since then.

Just saw your post! But sitting on a beach near virt's until the 14th. I do have a lot of your files, but I guess not much of your FAQs. Thanks Francois. Major disaster over here. Up all night tonight because we're giving an all-day presentation way up north in Aberdeen tomorrow (6am start), and I've had to juggle between hardware reconstruction, presentation material, client projects, etc, etc. Probably gonna be 24-7 for the next few weeks.

Anyway, enjoy the rest of your holiday, albeit your sitting on a beach for another 3 days LOL (couldn't resist it!).
