Need fix: Music on Hold Plays on "POOL" via spkrphone on all sets 2

I have no service provider for our system to help me solve this problem. I am installing audio on hold and have completed installation of the phone jack and have properly connected the audio source to the phone jack and the jack to the punch block in the proper place.

When I make the connection from the audio source to the phone jack the audio plays over the speaker of all the desktop units, which is very undesirable. I am unsure how to complete the project properly.

Or....Press Feature #86 at the sets that wish to not have the music.
You can adjust the music using the volume key at those sets who wish for background music.

The two different ones that were here with the system when I got here. I have read both manuals cover to cover--TWICE. I have searched this site's FAQ for over 4 hours searching for an answer. I spent several hours on the Nortel website searching for answers to this and other questions only to discover that the PDF documents I want are only available to "venders" and authorized employees of Nortel.

When luv2ski said turn off all sets I had assumed he ment turn the option off so that users cannot have the choice.....do you want the choice for the users? if so just do as I mentioned in the last post, if not you will need to go into deeper programming to turn the option off, let us know!

Thanks curlycord. all i had left to do was key in
<FEATURE #86> on all the desk units to ensure music was "OFF". Its working great now. Again, thanks!
