need factory setting frequecy values for call progress tones

we are integrating a dialogic based IVR to merlin magix R3 and we are facing random disconnects. The IVR is hooked up to the magix thru analog lines. i am looking for the default frequecy settings for tones like disconnect, ringback and busy. Also the loop current setting. Or how to look at these settings on the system.

Tried getting help from vendor and Avaya to no avail. Any input is appreciated.
 
You may have already done this, but when a generic VMS or IVR comes out, there are usually tables of values to use with different switches. If so select the Legend or Magix settings. Also, are you certain the dialogic cards are not hanging up on the seitch. (Who hung up first?) Are they grounded the same?
