we are integrating a dialogic based IVR to merlin magix R3 and we are facing random disconnects. The IVR is hooked up to the magix thru analog lines. i am looking for the default frequecy settings for tones like disconnect, ringback and busy. Also the loop current setting. Or how to look at these settings on the system.

Tried getting help from vendor and Avaya to no avail. Any input is appreciated.

You will probably have to "Reverse Engineer" these tones, by setting up a MONITORING Device, and measuring the Frequencies yourself.

I would use a Radio Shack 600-Ohm to 8-Ohm matching transformer in line with one side of a line with the output going to the MIKE IN jack of a PC's Sound Card, AND some software such as G-Tune to track the frequencies.
