On one of my databases I have security setup through the startup option..But since doing that i lost the export to excel function. I just need to put that option back and only that option...

I know you can create custom menus on your databases.
Can someone help me out with this?

You should be able to just right click on the toolbar and select Customize then click Commands tab, Tools, and drag the "Analyze it With Excel" button to the toolbar.

Your solution will not work for me...I donot want any options on the tool bar except what I choose to give them...What I had to do is create add menu items using macros..It works fine but I still have one little problem. One of my options I gave the users under the file menu was export to excel (for reports only) It works good except it creates an .xls file.

Is there a way to instead of using the Output to Excel command, to use the Analyze with Excel..That way it will not create a .xls file unless they choose to do a save as.

Thanks DVannoy
