Need Example of Master Detail Datagrid Update Details

Does anyone know of an example of a Master-Detail Datagrid where the user is able to update the details?

I have found a examples of Master-Detail datagrids - but none of them allow for the user to update the detail.

I have created a master detail datagrid, I have a text box in my detail - my problem is - I'm not sure how I would save it. I would like to have a button at the bottom of my detail datagrid that will save my data (haven't gotten that to work). I'm able to show/hide my details - so I need to be able to save my details before the user hides the data.
