Need English Dictionary I can use from VBA 1

Looking for an open source/free/low cost database or list of words as in an English dictionary for searching from VBA code. Word meanings would be nice but I will settle for the words. They can even be ASCII format and I will create my own database.

Any help appreciated.

That list was 38,671 words.

For anyone else reading this, another person suggested WordNet and I'm also looking into it. WordNet is not VB friendly but the data is there, with meaning, for some amount of work.
