Need emergency miniIrix or ISO

I have an Indy which has served me quite reliably for the last 3 years. The machine itself is older than dirt. Recently I had a complete failure of my HD. It was pretty bad, most of my HD is now in a vacuum bag. I have completely lost my installation of Irix. I had 6.1 with no media when I bought the machine and then upgraded to 6.2 Upgrade. Since the upgrade is in inst format, I cannot install this as a fresh install. Does ANYONE have an ISO for an older version of Irix or even a miniIrix that I can run my inst off of? I have tried disc 1, 2 and the applications CDs of 6.2 Upgrade and nothing works. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
