Need email from query routine

I maintain a member database for an RV Club.

One of the table fields is "RVType" where the members brand is entered. I have a query (qryRVType) set up where I am prompted to enter the RV type, and a report (rptRVType)is produced with the members name, address, email, etc who have that brand. No problem there.

Occasionally I receive requests from manufacturers to send some info to our members who own their product.

What I need is a routine to extract all the emails from the query report and insert them into the "Bcc" field of a bulk mail with my own email as the primary recipient.

Can anyone help?

Your best bet is probably to have a query that does not have a parameter for type specified and then use Word to do e-mail merges. Then each person gets his or her own copy of the e-mail without using BCC.

If you really want to do what you are asking, search the forums, this kind of question comes up all the time.
