Need driver for modem CIS CO-2819iva

This item has a compaq sticker on it "46055" also, but I have been to nearly every driver site and modem site I can find (the manufacture site is mostly in chinese and apparently couldn't give a **** about support issues).

It seems to be a 28.8, using LG semicon chip 9606-54c

Anybody have any really esoteric sites I can try??

ALSO -- can anyone tell me what its jumpers (1-12) are for?

p.s. compaq's site doesn't seem to have references to this obsolete product - oh yeah, I think it's a 28.8)
