need desperate help

I am an edi administrator- havent had a lot of training, and today I accidentally deleted a header file on a 867 -
now i have like 3k transactions in my error table code 26- which states no parent in history table for detail record-
how do i fix this and not screw this up!! please help me!!!

Restore from backup. You do backup everything before you mess with it don't you? Or else request the source to resend the document.
