need default tech password for Samsung DCS 50si system

Hi,

I'm looking for the technician level password to get into MCM 500's on a friend's Samsung DCS 50si system. I have already tried 1234 and 4321.

This older system does not support the IT (Installation Tool) software utility.

Thanks for any default passwords, I am trying to stop auto attendant from picking up calls, I believe I have to first go to MCM 700's or 800's to turn on extended menus, before I can go into the 500's. Is there a way to reset the password if you have access to the cabinet/cards? any reset buttons or jumpers to pull?
