Need Database Logon Tab to Appear!!!!

I have a Crystal Report based on a query I designed in Access. I can run it on demand but when I try to schedule it, the database logon tab doesn't appear which means the report just sits there. ????
How do I get it to appear?

Sounds like you're using Crystal Enterprise? You're going to be much better off to state the software being used to schedule it.

Crystal Reports doesn't have scheduling, so you need to elaborate, is it Crystal Enterprise (CE)?

When you schedule in CE, you must set the database login at the time of scheduling, a schedule should never prompt as it's intent is to be run unattended.
