I have a cronjob that I need to run every 2 minutes. Is there a way to enter a range (e.g +2) in the minutes field of a crontab entry?

I don't personally know of one, but some *nixs have something like a 60/2 (or is it 60/30?) format for this kind of thing. That said, my experience is mainly Solaris 8 so release 9 and 10 might have this facility. I guess your other option is to kick off your script once through cron, then add a sleep 120 in the script before it starts itself again.

Don't think you can...

0,15,30,45 8-23 * * 1-5 $HOME/JOB_CHECK.ksh
would run a job at 15 minute intervals from 08:00 - 23:00 mon-friday. I have seen 2,4,6,8 and so on, but not a +2 type field.
