Need configuration utility for SWL-2300u

I have a Netopia Wireless USB Lan Adapter (SWL-2300U Ter/WUSB11N3) and I'm looking for the configuration utility that usually comes with it. I've found the driver and have it installed but without the configuration utility I have no way of setting it up to talk to the wireless router. I've spent hours on google looking for it but haven't had any luck.

This is on a Windows 98SE machine.

It will talk to you about the Cardbus system but it actually for both. Make sure to run NETOPIA.EXE or it will not work. I have used it to run 128 Bit WEP but not WPA.
