Need chart to show dates and time

Hi, I am trying to make a chart that will show the days of the month on one axis and the hours 8am through 7am,ie: 7am,8am,9am etc back to 7am on the other axis
I want the start time of a server backup and the end time of that backup to be shown on the chart. It is driving me crazy as if puts it own numbers in all the time.

Crystal doesn't have any numbers to put in.

It's a common problem you're struggling with. Crystal will not prefill a series of days and times for you, you must have data for them in your data source.

Then, you have the problem of constructing durations as you seek.

Post more info about your table structure.

I just have four tables Days of Month: 1-31
Hours: 8am-7am through to the next day 8am,9am,.....11pm...3am.. 7am

Backup start time:
Backup end time.

Thats it. I tried excel and it gives me the same problem. It puts in its own numbers on one side of the axis.
