I'm using Nortel Norstar system ver. 6 to which I have monitoring and call recording capabilities.
I already spoke with NICE, VoiceGate to look for the solution which will connect to the PBX and allow me:
1. Recording of conversations at specific phone(s)(read DID).
2. Will allow tap into live conversation and record it.
3. Will allow phone calls logging and integration with CRM.
Please let me know what other solutions are on the market.
