Need cable info for v,35 on Tellabs STU-160

I need information on, or a source for (part number) for the adapter cable that goes from their proprietary D connector to winchester female.

If I can't find this, I would settle for the adapter cable to X.21 DB-15

This is for a Tellabs Martis DXX STU-160 modem

I will keep on looking through google, but it is not looking promising.
