Need button that activates "work offline" in Ie4+ and Net4+

I am a web site designer and require script (pref. javascript) that will allow a user to click a button on web page that will communicate with Internet Explorer and/or Netscape Navigator and automatically make their computer go offline. i.e "work offline" command in I/Explorer.<br>
If anyone can help with script I will be very grateful and in traditional Cosa Nostra style, "Ya do fava for me, I do fava fa you!".
