Need Blinking button on Start Menu

I need to make the button for my application on the task bar blink when a certain activity occurs. for example, when a message is recieved in AOL Intsant Messanger, the button for that chat on the task bar blinks. that is, in essence, what i want to do. any ideas? Thanx,
