Need Blinker 4 and can't get in touch with Blink Inc

We are in need of Blinker 4 for a project and I have been unable to get in touch with the support group at Blink Inc. I am afraid that Blinker 7 won't do what we need but Mediator requires at least 4. Does anyone have a download of Blinker 4 handy? I've found the eval, but the 5-minute limit is projibitive for our testing purposes.

I did a search a few years ago and found a 'fixed' BL6 somewhere. Never came to use it (and don't know where it is now) as I have a steady (& licenced) BL3.3 that does all I need.
Mediator I only use with my xHarbour version, could that be an option, switching to xHarbour?

Blink Inc. seems a but hard to reach, lately, don't know why.
