Need Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES 5) install file

I'm looking for someone who might have the BES5 install available for download. I've been using it since 2010, and now I needed to install on a separate computer (I have licenses for it), just to notice today that Blackberry removed the install file from their website.
I now also see that they issued an advisory in Oct 2017 that they would remove this file from their website on 1 Dec 2017. I missed all that jazz...

So does anyone have this? It's about a 1GIG file.
