NEED BIG HELP ON SENDING EMAIL...

hi all,
i just installed JavaEmail and Activation jar files for sending email on my website. I set the classpath. But since I'm so new to Java(still java is soooo hard -.-), JavaMail seems hard to make work.
Does anyone knows what i have to do now? From the webpage, what should be entered to send an email? I found some examples, but hard to understand... All I need is sending an email. Please help!

First off, do you have a SMTP Server? You'll need one of these.
