need beginner's info on NT. 40 server.

I am a new sys adm. and I'm needing to know the commands for nt.40 (like netstart netstop) and so, forth, I can not find any information \ sites that will give the commands and their meanings. Any info would help. also, any basic \interm. info for nt 4.0 would help me also.
Thanks for any help you can give.

I believe there is an NT 4 Server forum on this website. You might want to try asking there...
