Need bcd rate multiplier code/symbol

Hi,

I'm looking for a 4527 bcd rate multiplier code/component/symbol whatsoever. My target device is an altera MAX7000S cpld and so my synthesize tools are MAX+PLUS II and Quartus.

I already tried to copy the schematic from a datasheet into a MAX+PLUS II gdf file, but it didn't work.

Can sb. help me?
