I"m extremely new to this phone system and can't figure out how to get unanswered calls to fall into a voice mail box in CallPilot.
We currently have a department that is setup like this so i just copied the scripts over, renamed them, and pointed them to my current ACD group.
I have most of it figured out except the treatment at the end of the script.
But i can't figure out how the treatment being used in the script actually points to a voicemail box.
Any help or additional info needed is appreciated.
