Need Assistance with Shift Turnover log....

I would like to develop an online shift turnover log. For a given 24 hour period. I need 3 turnover logs. Any ideas on how to set this up in Outlook. Currently, we type up the logs in Word 97. However, you can not save a document with the same name in a folder.

Would like to move these logs from clipboard to online using MS Outlook and Exchange?
