Need assistance with SD Card Licensing

Hello.. Need assistance for my SD Card licensing. I tried the reset button on the back of the unit and now i dont have anymore my license

Do you have an old config file that you can open off line to copy the licenses from?

Thanks for the reply.. even the backup config.cfg have been updated by the new one.

Usually Manager save a backup each time you open the configuraton, otherwise you need to ask Avaya, "outsiders" no longer have access to the ADI site.
