~Need Assistance With GRACEFUL SHUTDOWN~

I need to gracefully shut down our voicemail and ACD units on our Norstar Prelude system. I remember our last employee shut it down by accessing Feature 915 with the passcode Access2 but can someone provide guidelines what to do after that?

press next till shutdown, then choose grace.

pull the plug and put it back in !!
