I have a hotel for a customer who has a G3V6 with duplication and Emergency Transfer. The customer had to repair a trunk a short while back, and discovered that the red light on the TN775C Maintenance circuit pack is on. There are no alarms against the circuit pack in the system. Both duplication interfaces pass. The Emergency Transfer switches on both processors are set to the "AUTO" position. The only demand test that does not pass under the 'test maintenance' command is #337, which aborts using the error code 1036, which I cannot find an explanation for in the Avaya documentation. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. The customer reports this has not affected normal operations so far, and I would like to keep it that way! Thank you very much!
