Need Assistance on CMS Report

Hi There,

Need some assistance or suggestion on pulling CMS report. I am constantly receiving the following error whenever I try pulling a report on CMS:

Unable to complete the requested operation. Please try again or contact Technical Support.

Error: 28008 The column number is not valid
Location: REngine: Fillreport:90
------------------------------------------------------------

The CMS is R12 and is location A. Users on Location A can pull this report without any issues. Us, user in Location B, cannot.


Please help. I do not know what else to check.
