Need assistance adding host to FC4700

I am attempting to add an additional host to our FC4700. The host is a SunFireV440 running Solaris 9 with a single QLogic 2340 HBA. The V440 is directly connected by fiber to one of the two EMC DS-16B switches inside of the FC4700. I have downloaded and installed the latest QLogic drivers and installed the Navisphere software on the V440. I am able to see the WWNN of the HBA on the switch and have setup a zone on the switch. I do not see the WWNN of the V440 HBA in the connectivity status within Navisphere. I have done a couple of reconfiguration reboots of the V440. Does anyone know if additional configuration needed?

I would make sure that the switch is zoned correctly (V440 HBA and one of the Clariion's HBA are in a single zone). Also, check QLogic HBA driver's settings to see if it is configured to be in SAN fabric versus loop.

Thanks for the info. I added the WWN of the Clariion SPB to the qla.conf file on the V440, restarted Navisphere and was able to see the HBA WWNN within Navisphere. I am all set.
