Need Asset Mgmt Software Ideas

Can anyone recommend a piece of software that can track software and hardware assets, warranties, contact info for each product, etc.?

Ideally we'd like this software to be web-based, and have a SQL Server back-end. Also, some sort of alert-notification system would be great (for soon to expiring subscruptions, warranties, domains, etc.)

and see if it does what you want. It isn't web based but will run across the web using Terminal Services and it does come with an SQL Server back end.
